Conservative Prime Minister Julia is starting a new tradition for the winter holidays – a more inclusive celebration called Saturnalia, inspired by ancient Roman practice. Downing 10 is going wild with partying, and the social norms of governmental hierarchy are temporarily suspended.

But what happens when two civil servants decide to take it a step too far?​​
